A custom mail dashboard instead of a mail client

The bot gathers mail from several inboxes, summarizes it and shows one simple prioritized dashboard.
Problem. Several inboxes, hundreds of emails, important ones get lost.
How to do it

It reads new mail every few hours, buckets it, and renders a one-page dashboard with one-line summaries.

Replies are drafts only.
Every 3 hours: read the new mail, split it into Urgent / Reply / Read later, summarize each in 1 sentence, update the dashboard. Do not send anything without my approval.
