The “Inbox” template: one bot as a catch-all inbox

Throw links, photos and notes at the bot; it files, tags and resurfaces them when relevant.
Problem. Saved links pile up and are never revisited.
How to do it

A single bot acts as your inbox, describes and tags everything, and sends a weekly triage review.
You are my inbox. For each thing I send, describe it in 1 sentence, give it 1–3 tags and save it. On Sunday at 18:00 show a list: do / read / delete.
