Instead of polling every 5 minutes, the bot wakes only on a webhook or email: ~720 instead of ~8,640 runs a month.
Problem. 5-minute polling = 8,640 mostly empty runs/month.
How to do it

Trigger on events (webhook, email) — ~720 meaningful runs/month — plus one daily safety check.
Instead: “every 5 minutes, check whether there is a new order” Set: “when a webhook arrives with a new order — send me a summary” + once a day at 9:00, check that nothing was lost.
